Do take some time to read our Terms and Conditions stated below to enjoy a fuss-free experience with PactwithLove. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to the terms stated. PactwithLove reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Terms and Conditions without notice.

How to Shop:
a) To place an order, open the order form in a new page and fill up your details.
The required information will include: Your name, Email, Purchase item(s), Mode of payment, Mode of Delivery.
Do ensure all fields are filled up correctly and that you have indicated the correct item in the correct sizes/colours before submitting your form.
b) We will not be able to amend orders once they have been submitted and
will not be held liable in the event that the wrong colour or size has been selected.
c) All orders will be processed and sent out within 1-2 working days upon verification of payment.
d) For any enquiry, kindly email us at pactwithlove@gmail.com. Do kindly refrain from sending multiple emails as it will mean that your emails are being pushed up further and it will therefore take us a longer time to get back to you. Rest assured that we will attend to your emails within 24-48 hours.
e) No haggling of prices allowed.

Backorders:
a) Arrival time for different items may differ and are usually stated under the individual items.
b) There may be a delay in a backorder due to unforseen circumstances such as a delayed shipment, etc.

Product Information:
a) There may be a 0.5" to 1.0" difference in our given measurements as every piece differs.
b) PactwithLove makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours and measurements of our products shown on our website.
c)  PactwithLove will not be held liable should you purchase our products from a third-party.
d) All product images and information are material of PactwithLove and should not be misused without credit and acknowledgement.

Delivery:
a) All items are sent out using Singapore Post Limited.
b)  Local Normal Nostage (apparels and accessories) are charged at $1.50. Any subsequent item will be charged an an additional $0.50.
Normal Postage for other accessories (bags and shoes), depending on the weight, will be charged at either $2.55 or $3.55.
We may amend/increase the postage fee if you have purchased a bulkier item. Rest assured that we will charge the right amount.
Kindly allow items to reach you within 2-3 working days.
c) Registered Postage will be charged at $3.74 (an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage), and $0.50 for every subsequent piece.
A tracking number will be issued by SingPost in the event you opt for registered postage. Kindly allow 3-4 working days for your items to reach you.
d) Please be advised that PactwithLove will not be held liable for any lost parcel or damaged item should you opt for normal postage.We will, however, try our best to track down your item by contact the local postal service where the item has been sent from.
(We will definitely double-check your home address before mailing it out). Registered postage is highly advised.
e) No meetups unless we organise a mass meetup session, otherwise, all mails are mailed out through Singpost.

Payment:
a) We accept payments via Internet Banking (IB) and ATM transfers.
b) All transfers are to be made to POSB Savings 271-09553-8.
c) For payments made via I-banking, we will require your IB nick to have your payment verified.
d) For payments made via ATM transfer, we require a snapshot of the receipt as proof of your payment.
Please do retain your receipt until your payment has been verified.
e) Payment has to be made within 24 hours once we have mailed you an invoice.
f) Item is only secured upon completion of payment. 
g) In the event where no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your email may be blacklisted from future purchases.

Refunds and Exchanges:
a) An exchange will only be done if the wrong item is mailed to you. Postage fees will be borne on our side as we made the mistake. In such circumstances, we require the incorrect item to be returned and a new piece will be mailed out thereafter.
b) A full refund will be made if you joined a Backorder and there is insufficient stock available.
c) No refund/ exchange will be made if the item is too small or too big for you. All measurements and pictures have been put up for your clarification and our email is there for you should you have any doubt/ query! PLEASE ASK if you have any query or doubt with regards to any item.
d) Measurements may vary 0.5" - 1.0" as each and every piece is mass produced. In such cases, there is no defect and no exchange or whatsoever will be carried out.
e) Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens . Colors may be portrayed with slight differences. No exchange will be carried out in such cases.
